Our client, an Important Italian Company leader in Industrial Goods Market, is looking for a bilingual BACK OFFICE SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT.
As back office sales support assistant, you will work within the sales department ensuring professional sales support to customers (German and English languages) and Export Area Managers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- order acceptance and input in ERP
- preparation of offers
- complaint management,
- solve logistic issues,
- management of goods' return,
- after sales input and service,
Our ideal candidate:
- is fluent in German and English written and spoken
- has a proven experience in a similar role,
- has excellent communicative skills, both written and verbal,
- has very good organizational skills,
- has a "can do" attitude,
- is service minded and client focused,
The Company is able to offer a good salary package for the right candidate.
