We are looking for candidates with good knowledge of the Italian Human Resources Market. These candidates will work from our office in Barcelona and design and implement an expansion plan for our company to establish ourselves within the Italian HR Market.
This 2 year rotational program offers opportunities for individuals to drive growth within a business, receive recruitment, commercial and leadership training and be part of a global network of operations and sales leaders. Training is designed to develop key sales and business capabilities, strengthen leadership skills and enrich the Catenon Culture. Members who have a high level of success on the program will be recognized for their contributions and will become part of the New Markets Team. They will formulate, in cooperation with the management team a “go-to-market” strategy, in order to strengthen Catenon´s position in the existing markets and propose new markets in which to expand.
